1. Veranstalter
SquashFIT Academy, Yoana Kraeva, , E-Mail: [email protected].

1. Organiser
SquashFIT Academy, Yoana Kraeva, , email: [email protected].
2. Registration and contract
A parent or legal guardian registers the child using the online form. The contract is concluded when we confirm the registration by email. The places (max. 8) are allocated in the order payments are received.
3. Price and payment
The camp costs €229 per child for 5 days. This includes coaching, racquets provided free of charge and a camp souvenir. It does not include eye protection or food. Payment is due at registration by bank transfer (reference: "Junior Camp + child's name"). A place is only confirmed once payment has been received. If payment has not arrived within 3 days of registration, we may give the place to someone else.
4. Cancellation by participants
Cancellations must be made by email; the time we receive the email counts. The camp starts on Monday, 19 October 2026, at 10:00.
- until Friday, 16 Oct 2026, 10:00 (72 hours before the start): full refund
- after that, until Sunday, 18 Oct 2026, 10:00 (24 hours before the start): 50% refund
- after that, or if the child doesn't attend: no refund
You're welcome to name a replacement child (aged 6–12) free of charge. Individual missed days are not refunded.
5. No right of withdrawal
As this is a leisure service on a fixed date, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code). The cancellation terms in section 4 apply.
6. Cancellation by the organiser
We may cancel the camp if fewer than children are registered, if the coach is ill, or in case of force majeure. In that case we refund all payments in full.
7. Health, injuries and emergencies
Risks of the sport: Squash is a fast-moving sport. Even with careful supervision, injuries such as bruises, strains or falls can never be ruled out completely. By registering, parents acknowledge this risk, which is normal for the sport.
Health: Parents confirm that their child is healthy and fit to take part in sport. Before the camp, they tell us about any allergies, medical conditions, medication or previous injuries, and about any changes during the camp week. Children who are ill (e.g. with a fever) cannot take part.
Eye protection: Squash eye protection is required on court. Without it, a child cannot take part in play on court.
In an emergency: If a child is injured or suddenly becomes unwell, we give first aid and inform the parents immediately. If needed, we call the emergency services (112). If the parents or the emergency contact cannot be reached in time, parents consent to us arranging the necessary first medical treatment. If a child can't continue after a minor injury or feeling unwell, we'll arrange with the parents for them to be picked up promptly.
Costs and insurance: The cost of treatment and transport is covered by the child's health insurance. Unlike at school or nursery, this private camp is not covered by statutory accident insurance, so we recommend private accident insurance.
Records: We write a short record of every incident and share it with the parents.
8. Supervision
We supervise the children during camp hours, 9:45 to 14:00. Outside these hours, parents are responsible. Children are only handed over to their parents or to the people named in the registration.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for personal belongings or valuables, including items in lockers, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We recommend private accident and liability insurance.
10. Behaviour
If a child repeatedly behaves in a seriously inappropriate way that puts other children at risk, we may exclude the child from the rest of the camp after talking to the parents. No refund is given in that case.
11. Photos
We only take and use photos or videos in which your child can be recognised with your explicit consent (see the registration form).
12. Data protection and final provisions
Data protection information is in the privacy notice below. German law applies. If any clause is invalid, the rest remains valid.
